Quite a irritatingly emo afternoon at office

I am not very emo to write a long entry but seriously feels super sad over the horrible relationship between my dad and uncle.... quarrel over business. Now almost wanna spilt the company... I dunno how should I treat this... Not entirely my business but i feel that i am involved also....
